Pasona will host the 13th Pasona Cup: Japanese Corporate Elite Training Program on Saturday, December 13.
This year’s program centers on the theme “Career Exploration × Workplace Skills Development Workshop.”
Through a combination of interactive activities and expert guidance, the program helps students progress from self-discovery to understanding corporate culture, gradually building a clear career direction and professional confidence.
In addition to the most popular sessions from previous years—resume writing techniques and mock interview practice—this year’s program features a brand-new session on Japanese workplace culture.
Participants will gain insights into the values and work styles emphasized by Japanese companies, as well as an overview of current in-demand job positions.
