This program aims to inspire youth to understand municipal government work and explore their needs and expectations for internships in the public sector. It seeks to cultivate young talents with interdisciplinary expertise for city governance.

10:10–10:30 Program Introduction & Policy Promotion
Guide students to explore internship opportunities in public service, deepen understanding of government operations, and encourage applying their skills to public affairs.
10:30–11:30 Personality Test & Interpretation
Speaker: Ting-Yu Huang
Connects public affairs and academic knowledge to help students better understand the work environment and career potential in the public sector.
11:30–12:50 Career Talk: “My Distance with the Public Sector”
Speaker: Yuanzhen Lee
A career consultant will interpret the personality test results, offer career advice, and discuss key personality traits and professional strengths for public sector careers.
