The "Baozhong Tea Festival" is a premier annual campus-wide event at National Chengchi University (NCCU), where departments from across the university come together to showcase the creativity and vitality of NCCU students through interactive booths, stage performances, and cultural exhibitions. Named after the famous local "Muzha Baozhong Tea" of the Wenshan District where the campus resides, the festival symbolizes the university’s deep humanistic roots and strong connection to the local community. During the festival, each department sets up distinctive exhibition booths to introduce their academic features, curriculum design, and learning achievements, while hosting interactive games and cultural hands-on experiences. Concurrently, the main stage in front of the historic Siwei Hall features a vibrant lineup of live performances, including singing, dancing, drama, and creative talents. The Department of Japanese Studies actively participates in this grand festival every year. In addition to delivering dynamic stage performances, our students design creative booths to introduce the department's academic highlights and cultural activities, beautifully conveying our core philosophy: "Learning Japanese is not just about mastering a language, but fully experiencing a rich culture."
