Starting from the 114 academic year (Fall 2025), course registration procedures are adjusted due to the new semester start date (September 1) and a 16-week course schedule. Changes also align with the University System of Taiwan’s cross-university course registration timeline. Key updates are as follows:

Key Updates

  1. Phase 1 Pre-registration shortened to 2 days:
    Aug. 19 (Tue), 9:00 AM – Aug. 20 (Wed), 5:00 PM

  2. Phase 2 Pre-registration remains 3 days:
    Aug. 25 (Mon), 9:00 AM – Aug. 27 (Wed), 5:00 PM
    Notification emails will no longer be sent. Please check your registration status in the system starting Aug. 30.

  3. Cross-university course registration deadline:
    Sept. 12 (Fri), 5:00 PM (end of the 2nd week of the semester)

  • All course registration must be completed via the online registration system.

  • Students encountering system errors or non-student-related issues must submit an explanatory report with supporting documents. Approval by the Dean of Academic Affairs is required.

  • Cross-university course registration must be submitted through the designated Online Inter-University Registration System (linked via NCCU course registration site).

  • Course registration results will be emailed on Sept. 17. Please ensure your email address is up to date and check the system or your inbox.
