1. Objective
To cultivate practical expertise and improve professional skills among NCCU Department of Japanese students, DISCO Hi-Tec Inc. invites the department to recommend suitable candidates for internship placement.
2. Internship Details
Period: January 12 – March 27, 2026
Weekly Hours: 24 hours or more (negotiable)
Location: 9F, No. 188, Baoqiao Road, Xindian District, New Taipei City
Department: Business Support
3. Job Responsibilities
Chinese–Japanese Translation: Internal documents and videos
Support Company Projects: Assist in planning and organizing corporate activities
Administrative Assistance: HR support, office administration, and other assistant duties
Proposal Development: Internal improvement proposals, HR-related project planning
4. Learning Components
Overview of the semiconductor industry
Corporate culture activities
Professional etiquette and work methods
Presentation of implemented improvement proposals
5. Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Wage: NT$200/hour
Additional Benefits:
Bi-monthly group meal subsidy of NT$700
Full reimbursement for business travel expenses (high-speed rail, taxi, MRT, etc.)
Outstanding interns may have the opportunity to be hired as full-time employees or extend the internship
6. Recruitment Requirements
University students in year 3 or above
Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2 or equivalent
Personal qualities: proactive, creative, enjoys challenges, detail-oriented, responsible

Improve translation, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
