The schedule for new students' credit transfer applications is as follows:
Master's and Doctoral Programs (including In-Service Master's Programs): August 10, 2026 (Mon) to August 13, 2026 (Thu), daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Undergraduate Freshmen (including Transfer Students): August 17, 2026 (Mon) to August 21, 2026 (Thu), daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
To submit a credit transfer application, students must bring the relevant forms and documents directly to their respective department or institute office. Applications will not be accepted outside of working hours, during university summer holidays, on public holidays, or after the deadline.
Required Documents for Credit Transfer Application:
Credit Transfer Application Form (Please do not print double-sided).
One original copy of the official Chinese transcript of all academic years from the previous school graduated or attended.
When applying for general education credit transfers, or when deemed necessary by the department, please additionally attach the course syllabus from the semester/academic year the course was taken at the original school. (Must be attached!)
Course Credit Verification Form: If you have already obtained a degree from your previous school/department and wish to apply for credit transfer using courses you passed during that period that were not counted toward your degree, please fill out this form and have it verified by the authorized unit of your previous school.
