Application Period: May 1 to May 30, 2024

1. Basis: This application is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations for the Five-Year BA-MA Program” of the Department of Japanese.

2. Eligibility:
   Undergraduate students in the department who have completed at least five semesters of study and have demonstrated satisfactory academic performance or scholarly potential are eligible to apply during the second semester of their third year.
   (Please refer to the official regulations for detailed requirements.)

3. Application Period:
   From Wednesday, May 1 to Thursday, May 30, 2024.

4. Required Documents:

• Application Form (please download from the attachment)

• Official transcripts and class ranking certificate

• Autobiography

• Study plan (written in Japanese)

• JLPT N1 or N2 certificate, or other equivalent Japanese proficiency test result

• Any other materials beneficial to the review process

5. Submission:
   Please submit all application documents to the department office within the deadline.
